Los Angeles Fires Disaster Relief 
 
 Wildfires in the Los Angeles area have burned over 40,000 acres and forced some 150,000 people to evacuate. At least 24 people are dead and more than 12,000 structures destroyed, many of them homes, as well as Corpus Christi Catholic Church.

We join our prayers with those of people all around the country for all who have been affected. Putting our trust in the Lord, we ask for His gifts of strength and perseverance upon all who are engaged in the massive work of relief and recovery.
